HMV (MSG-3, C and D checks)

COOPESA performs Heavy Maintenance Visits (HMV) following the MSG-3 methodology, ensuring a reliability-centered maintenance approach. These visits include major inspections such as C-Checks and D-Checks. During HMVs, aircraft undergo detailed structural inspections, system testing, and component overhauls. Bridging Checks

Bridging Checks are performed to transition an aircraft from one maintenance program to another, ensuring full compliance with the new operator’s requirements. PDM’s

PDMs (Post Delivery Modifications) adapt aircraft after delivery to meet specific operator requirements after an aircraft is delivered from the manufacturer. These may include cabin changes, system upgrades, or livery updates, all performed under OEM and FAA/EASA standards. COOPESA ensures efficient execution to minimize downtime and quickly align aircraft with operational needs.

Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance includes planned inspections and tasks performed at defined intervals to ensure continuous airworthiness. NDT Inspections

Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Detects internal flaws using high-frequency sound waves

Eddy Current Testing (ET): Identifies surface and near-surface cracks, especially in metals

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): Used for detecting surface defects in ferromagnetic materials

Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT): Reveals surface-breaking defects through dye application
